Glamazigh in Paris: Looking Back at the Unforgettable Awad Summit Festival

In May 2025, Glamazigh reached a symbolic milestone in our journey: our very first official event in France. And what an event it was! We had the immense honour of participating in the Awad Summit Festival, a masterful gathering orchestrated by the talented Raissa Lei.

A Summit of Creativity and Connection

The Awad Summit was more than just a festival; it was a crossroads of inspiration. Over those few days, we had the privilege of connecting with the brilliant minds who are making Amazigh and North African culture shine today.

From passionate Amazigh influencers and filmmakers to visionary designers, every encounter was a source of enrichment. But beyond the titles and the names, it was the faces, the smiles, and the authentic exchanges with the beautiful people who attended that made this event truly unforgettable.

A Historic Night at Les Folies Bergère

The highlight of the week was, without a doubt, the evening gala. Imagine this: the legendary Folies Bergère theatre, a temple of Parisian culture, opening its doors for the very first time to an event celebrating our roots.

The atmosphere was electric. Seeing our heritage celebrated beneath the gold leaf of such a historic venue was a moment of indescribable pride. We laughed, we danced, and we celebrated our identity in a "crazy" atmosphere that will stay with us forever.

Returning Home Full of Hope

We left Paris with our heads high and our hearts full—not just of jewellery, but of precious memories and a massive dose of hope. This first step into France proved to us that Amazigh culture vibrates far beyond borders and possesses a truly universal strength.

Thank you to Raissa Lei for her vision, and thank you to every person we met for your warmth and support. The Glamazigh story is only just beginning, and this event was one of its most beautiful chapters.
