What makes this piece of jewelry unique?

This silver ring stands out as a wearable piece of history, individually handcrafted by a skilled Amazigh artisan using traditional silversmithing techniques passed down through generations. The captivating Aslu statement ring features a prominent, smoothly polished oval cabochon—available in either a grounding, protective black onyx or a vibrant, warm red onyx. The true uniqueness of this design lies in its elegant diamond-shaped shield framework. The focal stone is closely hugged by a fine, twisted rope-wire border, which seamlessly transitions into an antiqued backdrop decorated with hand-soldered filigree side spirals. This classic scrollwork adds a soft, organic contrast to the ring's bold, wide-band structural silhouette. Unlike mass-produced accessories, this unique piece of jewelry carries the soul of North African heritage, making it a versatile everyday signature piece or a striking cocktail accent. When you wear it, you are connected to a living legacy of indigenous craftsmanship, ensuring your authentic ring is a completely distinct work of art.

What are the materials and the origin of this jewelry?

This silver stone ring is an authentic piece of wearable history, handcrafted using ancestral North African techniques:

Origin: Handmade in Morocco by native Amazigh artisans (historically referred to as Berber jewelry), preserving centuries of traditional craftsmanship.
Materials: Sculpted from beautiful silver and set with a hand-selected, premium natural stone (red or black onyx).
Craftsmanship: Features a custom, hand-formed bezel setting to secure the unique natural stone, paired with delicate hand-engraved details along the ring band that make each piece one of a kind.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and humidity. To protect your silver jewelry and keep it shiny, follow these simple care steps:

Daily Clean: Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after wearing. Avoid abrasive paper towels, which can scratch silver surfaces.
Deep Clean: For stubborn tarnish, use a small amount of a clay cleaning stone (like Pierre d'Argent) on a damp, soft sponge. Rub gently, rinse thoroughly with clear water, and dry completely.
Store: Keep your silver pieces in a cool, dry place. An airtight pouch or a lined jewelry box is best to block out moisture and prevent tarnishing.
