What makes this piece of jewelry unique?

This silver necklace stands out as a wearable piece of history, individually handcrafted by a skilled Amazigh artisan using traditional metalworking and enameling techniques passed down through generations. The magnificent Thiziri design features an elegant, hollowed teardrop-shaped pendant showcasing a vivid red coral stone at its base—a gemstone deeply revered in North African heritage for its protective properties and representation of life and vitality. Set against a deep, vibrant blue backdrop, the piece highlights exquisite silversmithing details, combining swirling silver wirework, twisted rope borders, and polished droplets. Suspended from a sleek, timeless silver chain, this necklace offers a comfortable, elegant drape that effortlessly bridges ancient lineage with contemporary high fashion. Unlike mass-produced accessories, this unique piece of jewelry connects you directly to a living legacy of indigenous craftsmanship, making a bold personal statement.

What are the materials and the origin of this jewelry?

Each enamel pendant necklace is an authentic piece of wearable history, handcrafted using ancestral North African techniques:

Origin: Handmade in Morocco by native Amazigh artisans (historically referred to as Berber jewelry), preserving centuries of traditional craftsmanship.
Materials: Crafted from beautiful silver and featuring an intricate, vibrant handmade enamel pendant. The chain has a classic 45cm length, making it perfect for everyday layering or standalone wear.
Craftsmanship: The pendant showcases traditional Amazigh cloisonné or vitreous enameling, displaying rich, symbolic colors and historic patterns unique to North African heritage.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and humidity. To protect your silver jewelry and keep it shiny, follow these simple care steps:

Daily Clean: Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after wearing. Avoid abrasive paper towels, which can scratch silver surfaces.
Deep Clean: For stubborn tarnish, use a small amount of a clay cleaning stone (like Pierre d'Argent) on a damp, soft sponge. Rub gently, rinse thoroughly with clear water, and dry completely.
Store: Keep your silver pieces in a cool, dry place. An airtight pouch or a lined jewelry box is best to block out moisture and prevent tarnishing.
