What makes this piece of jewelry unique?

This silver ring stands out as a wearable piece of history, individually handcrafted by a skilled Amazigh artisan using traditional silversmithing techniques passed down through generations. The elegant Tlaytmas design showcases the breathtaking artistry of authentic North African filigree, where fine silver wires are meticulously shaped and soldered into a lightweight, lace-like openwork band. Accented with tiny, polished silver droplets, this piece beautifully captures the soulful essence of traditional tribal jewelry in a remarkably refined silhouette. It features a subtly open, adjustable back to offer a versatile and comfortable fit across multiple sizes. Unlike mass-produced accessories, this unique piece of jewelry connects you directly to a living legacy of indigenous craftsmanship, adding an air of timeless sophistication to any collection.

What are the materials and the origin of this jewelry?

This filigree ring is an authentic piece of wearable history, handcrafted using ancestral North African techniques:

Origin: Handmade in Morocco by native Amazigh artisans (historically referred to as Berber jewelry), preserving centuries of traditional jewelry-making heritage.
Materials: Sculpted from high-quality, durable silver, chosen for its brilliant finish and comfortable daily wear.
Craftsmanship: Features exquisite, hand-twisted silver filigree work. Master silversmiths carefully bend and solder paper-thin silver wires into intricate, lace-like geometric patterns, ensuring every ring is a delicate, one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and humidity. To protect your silver jewelry and keep it shiny, follow these simple care steps:

Daily Clean: Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after wearing. Avoid abrasive paper towels, which can scratch silver surfaces.
Deep Clean: For stubborn tarnish, use a small amount of a clay cleaning stone (like Pierre d'Argent) on a damp, soft sponge. Rub gently, rinse thoroughly with clear water, and dry completely.
Store: Keep your silver pieces in a cool, dry place. An airtight pouch or a lined jewelry box is best to block out moisture and prevent tarnishing.
