What makes this piece of jewelry unique?

This silver cuff bracelet stands out as a wearable piece of history, individually handcrafted by a skilled Amazigh artisan using traditional metalworking and enameling techniques passed down through generations. Named Tumert—the traditional word for joy or happiness—this design features a wide, structural open-band silhouette adorned with vibrant enamel inlays arranged into swirling, pinwheel-like geometric patterns that celebrate the celebratory spirit of North African heritage. Crafted with a heavy emphasis on master silversmithing, the piece details fine silver wire borders, undulating zig-zag lines, and smooth central metallic droplets framed by intricate twisted rope accents. Its polished inner band and slightly adjustable open back ensure a secure, comfortable fit on the wrist while delivering a high-impact style statement. Unlike mass-produced accessories, this unique piece of jewelry connects you directly to a living legacy of indigenous craftsmanship.

What are the materials and the origin of this jewelry?

Each enamel cuff bracelet is an authentic piece of wearable history, handcrafted using ancestral North African techniques:

Origin: Handmade in Morocco by native Amazigh artisans (historically referred to as Berber jewelry), preserving centuries of traditional jewelry-making heritage.
Materials: Sculpted from high-quality silver and detailed with vibrant, handmade enamel in rich, traditional shades. Designed as a flexible cuff bracelet, it is easily adjustable to provide a comfortable, custom fit for most wrist sizes.
Craftsmanship: Showcases exquisite Amazigh cloisonné work. The cuff's surface is hand-shaped and detailed with delicate silver wires to form geometric patterns, which are then meticulously filled with colorful enamel powder, making every piece entirely unique.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air and humidity. To protect your silver jewelry and keep it shiny, follow these simple care steps:

Daily Clean: Gently wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after wearing. Avoid abrasive paper towels, which can scratch silver surfaces.
Deep Clean: For stubborn tarnish, use a small amount of a clay cleaning stone (like Pierre d'Argent) on a damp, soft sponge. Rub gently, rinse thoroughly with clear water, and dry completely.
Store: Keep your silver pieces in a cool, dry place. An airtight pouch or a lined jewelry box is best to block out moisture and prevent tarnishing.
